After graduation I worked at Complexly, where I brought educational concepts to life using illustrations and motion graphics on the YouTube series SciShow. I then did a two-year Science Communication Fellowship at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, using my combined research and multimedia skills to translate the institute's incredible work for the public. Now I'm back at my alma mater as a communications specialist with the Duke Pratt School of Engineering, where I tell stories about the cool engineering research happening on campus every day.

When I'm not at my desk, you can find me doodling on the couch or catching up on my perpetual list of shows that I've been meaning to check out. As someone who was raised in the Philippines, I also love exploring the ocean through scuba diving and underwater photography & videography.
